Mr. Mulherin is a co-Managing Partner of LO3 Capital in addition to his roles as Principal in Live Oak Fund Manager I, LLC and Live Oak Fund Manager II, LLC. Prior to founding Live Oak Capital, Harbert was a Director at EDS Corporation and where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring transactions. In 2011, he founded Live Oak Fund Manager, LLC, which directed the investment of growth capital loans through Live Oak Investment Fund I, LLC. Harbert studied Business Administration at the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Harrison is a co-Managing Partner of LO3 Capital. Glenn has sourced, structured and/or managed more than 70 private debt investments over his 20+ year career and has deployed nearly $850 million of capital into the lower middle market. Prior to Live Oak, Glenn was a Partner at Praesidian Capital, where he was on one SBIC license and either sourced or was on the investment committee for nearly 40 platform investments which represented approximately $400 million of capital investment. Mr. Harrison has been on multiple portfolio company boards and served as CEO for several portfolio companies. He is also an active member of the New York City chapter of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (“AM&AA”) and has served on its board since 2016. Glenn received his B.A. in Economics with High Honors from Rutgers University and is a member of the university’s Latino Alumni Association.

Mr. Roberts is a Partner and CFO of LO3 Capital. Wesley has sourced, structured and/or managed more than 35 private debt investments in the lower and middle market over his 15+ year career. In addition to Wesley’s experience as an investor, he has also served as an investment banker and CPA. Wesley has extensive experience in the M&A process with a focus on financial, operational and integration due diligence services and has served as an advisor to both large private equity and corporate buyers. Prior to LO3 Capital, Wesley served as a Managing Director at Butler Snow Advisory Services and prior to that as a Manager in the Transaction Services group at Ernst & Young. Wesley is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and earned degrees in Business Administration and Masters in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Gernert has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rick served as a Principal of Butler Snow Advisory Services, a lower-middle market Business Advisory firm. Additionally, Rick was a founding shareholder and Managing Director of Iroquois Capital Group (a privately held merchant bank and investment banking firm) and served as a Managing Director of Koch Ventures ($150M early-stage venture capital provider) and senior executive officer at Sirrom Capital (a publicly held growth capital lender). Rick served as a Director at EDS with Mr. Mulherin. Rick earned a BBA in Accounting at the University of Mississippi.

Mr. DeOssie is the Director of Business Development for LO3, where he is responsible for sourcing and securing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining LO3, Zak was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management, where his team was responsible for managing the assets of high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations representing $8bn AUM. Previously, Zak played professional football for 13 years with the New York Giants. He was elected team captain for 9 consecutive years, winning two Super Bowl and two Pro Bowl championships. During his time in the NFL, Zak served as a Vice President of the NFL Players Association, where he served on the Executive Committee, Financial Literacy Committee and Finance Committee. He serves on the NJ Governing Board of America Needs You, and is a long-time supporter of Newark Mentoring Movement, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Lupus Foundation of America, and the Special Olympics of New Jersey. Zak received a B.A. in Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University.
